Flowering Cherry Trees Craft

flowering cherry trees craft with cardboard tubesWhile we await the beautiful blossoms of the flowering cherry trees in our yard and neighborhood, we made our own version.

Materials: paper towel roll, brown paint, small pink and white silk flowers snipped from a branch of silk flowers purchased at a craft store, glue (we used a glue gun).

Last week, we made forsythia branches, so it’s really looking like Spring inside our house these days.

Trees in various stages of painting and glueing. An old baby bottle drying rack makes a great holder for cardboard tube crafts.
